Directions: To remove your broken piece, use a flat screw driver at bottom center of power base and turn gear on top clockwise with vise grip and protective cloth. You have to put a lot of strength on it. It's gonna be a bit tough to turn.

NOT COMPATIBLE with Nutri Ninja, NutriBullet or Baby Bullet blenders.
